Erinn has a diverse background working in parks and protected areas policy and Indigenous relations throughout Canada. She is an experienced backpacker and mountaineer at heart with a love for true wilderness. Erinn is a skilled project kickstarter who can connect the dots between partners and community members in innovative ways. Always encouraging people to get outside, Erinn works to gather the resources necessary to connect youth with the natural world and with each other alike.

Nicholas Castel

Co-Director & Cinematographer

A passionate communicator and multimedia creator with a background in youth engagement and polar education, Nick craves any good excuse to get outside with a camera in hand. As Creative Director, Nick has been working to bring the creative vision of Trails in Tandem to life in new ways through multimedia and outreach. His portrait was taken on the bear river during the Sahtú Dene Ts'ıl̨ ı on-the-land bush school which he attended in February 2017. Nick's work strives to bring stories to life in honest, thoughtful and cinematic ways. He currently works as a full-time documentary filmmaker in Ottawa Ontario.

Jordan Lennie is a Sahtú Beneficiary from Tulita, NWT and graduated high school in June, 2016 from Mackenzie Mountain School in Norman Wells, NT. His primary interest is in communications. Secondary interests include anthropology, creative writing, geology, biology, and psychology. Jordan has a diverse background in terms of work experience. He is excited to be working with Trails In Tandem because of his interest in youth leadership, having an impact in regional work, learning more about wildlife management, becoming more involved in indigenous issues, and hopefully finding a career he can aspire toward. Jordan's work focuses on youth leadership/education and youth participation in wildlife research and monitoring.
